Parking lot hasnt been plowed in weeks. Tenants are left to shovel and sand. Garbage chutes are closed permanently in all building so everyone is forced to go outside to the dumpsters. 150 Christopher Dr, Cambridge.
These reviews are obviously written by bots. Signet is widely known to use frequent AGI’s and find ridiculous reasons to evict long term tenants so they can increase rent for new tenants. That’s essentially their business model. Their buildings are in deplorable condition with mice, bugs and rats. They lie at the LTB.
