I can't believe after nine months living here in this beautiful city of Denver NC that we had not tried 16 Prime. We did last night and it is amazing. The service was amazing (thank you Page) and the food was incredible. I had the 12 oz filet mignon with a blue cheese crust. One of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Knife sliced right through. Perfectly cooked. We will be back! I highly recommend, but you will pay for this quality.
We just completed a wonderful weekend dinner at 16 Prime! It was our first time but won’t be our last. The moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed and set the tone for the rest of the evening. The staff was highly attentive and the atmosphere and dining environment were fantastic! Clean, modern and not too noisy. I really wanted to love 16 Prime, but after two disappointing experiences, I can't justify returning. For my birthday, we ordered takeout and my chicken dish arrived undercooked. The skin was still rubbery and clearly hadn't been cooked through. To their credit, the manager apologized and gave us a $50 gift card to make things right, which I appreciated. It was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we had delicious steaks, sides and desserts. Danielle, Josh and Nolan gave us excellent service. Definitely will visit more often.
