This place is fine, an open space inside and seating outside, a small selection of flavors and large selection of toppings but be aware that children are in and out of this place all the time and I've only seen one staff member in there. I've seen children handle the toppings with their hands when staff weren't looking but parents were.
Always clean and plenty of choices. They have even opened up early for us when we got there too early. Great, family friendly spot!
We love 16 Handles! Always clean and staff are friendly!! I had my 6yr olds birthday party at 16 Handles, the staff were great with the kids and everyone had so much fun!!
