Great vibes, delicious treats and friendly staff
Place is unsanitary. Got sick eating here. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Definitely on a busy day. Lack of customer service skills.
Really liked the yogurt flavor selection and loved my creation. I got tahini vanilla and salted carmel with cheesecake pieces and strawberries and it was SOOO GOOD. Our price was $15 for 2 people which is competitive for the area. The topping options could’ve been better. As someone with a peanut allergy I would’ve appreciated some separation of allergenic ingredients with the rest. I stopped by 16 Handles in Hoboken and was really impressed. The variety of flavors—especially the oat milk options—was a big plus for someone who’s dairy-free. Everything tasted fresh, and the toppings bar was super clean and well-stocked. The staff were friendly and patient while I sampled a few flavors. Best part? Enjoying my froyo while looking out at the Manhattan skyline.
