If I had the opportunity to give 16 Handles half a star, I would. The girl in the front is ridiculously rude. Honestly, her disgusting attitude wasn’t the only thing that left us with a bad taste in our mouths. The mango flavored froyo leaves an artificial aftertaste, while the cookies and cream flavor tasted like water.
Good selection, self serve toppings and friendly service. Nice to sit across the street in the park too
Horrible service at this location. Floors are always caked in food crumbs and flavors are constantly out. Locked the door in front of me stating they were closed even thought the door had the store hours which said they were open for another half hour because they just wanted to go home early.
