I visited this 16 Handles location today based on a couple of negative reviews I had read, but my experience was deeply disappointing, especially compared to other locations I frequent in New Jersey Long Island Queens Manhattan & the Brooklyn . From the moment I walked in, the service was lacking. I was not greeted, and one staff member in particular was notably unfriendly.
