I really love 16 handles , the staff here is a hit or miss. There is one thing that always bothers me though and it’s the smell. It always smells like dirty mop water ! They need to wash the mop well or use clean water and Pleasant detergent !
The manager was so unhelpful at this location. I will never come back. She was not issuing me a refund after they incorrectly charged us twice for a milkshake. She had no solution and no remorse to give me my money back. I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do it. I asked for a gift card. They said they couldn’t do it.. What a poorly run business! The workers here are very rude. Horrible customer service.
Best in town.
Their student discount is garbage, basically only takes 2 cents off.
