I am an 'older' computer user and so have issues with up-dates and current functions. Steve is very understanding at helping me keep current on all kinds of 'issues' that arise. He has helped with appropriate up-grades and system adjustments and 'if I ever have a question or problem' and leave a request on his service within a short period of time he always gets back to me. He is my computer tecnology saftey net.
Chris has been handling all my computer problems for a number of years now. His knowledge of computers, software and technical expertise is without equal.
