The studios themselves are great. Bills were low. Parking is included. The location is awesome as far as walkability. That said, and the reason deducting 2 stars: you can hear ALL of your neighbors around and above you. Them talking, them watching tv, them cooking, them showering, them walking. And, in the time I lived there many cars including mine were vandalized or broken into.
I lived here for almost 3 years before I moved to Portland, and this was the best living experience. The studios are such a great design. The onsite manager treated everyone as if they were the only renters in the complex. This place is at the top of my recommend list.
I haven't rented here but after visiting multiple times, I can vouch for the cleanliness and cute decor in the walkways. There is attention to detail throughout the complex. :)
