Concierge and management are top tier. Tuman, Shrejas, Prab and Harman are consistently great. I’ve lived in several condominiums in Toronto and they are the kindest staff I’ve had. Tuman in particular is personable, positive and genuinely cares about the tenants - her rapport with residents is noticeable. When there is an issue, staff are quick to provide context to establish understanding; I’ve observed this happen many times. Tuman, the Front Desk Supervisor, is truly outstanding She’s always polite, hardworking and incredibly helpful — my go-to person for anything related to the Penthouse. Not just me, but I’ve heard similar praise from other residents during gym sessions and walks on the terrace. I’d also like to appreciate Shrejas, who is equally kind, patient, and supportive.
