Front desk manager isn't great (Tuman). She's frequently on her phone and seems to have an attitude with certain residents. Not a fan. I much prefer the afternoon/evening staff.
The garbage chutes tend to go out of service a little too often. Cardboard disposal is always a pain because you’ll need the concierge to escort you to a special room that is technically outside the building — not fun during winter. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent place

159 Wellesley is a great place to live — clean, modern, and conveniently located. The building is well-maintained with helpful management and responsive maintenance staff. The units are bright with large windows and well-designed layouts, offering great value for downtown living.
