What used to be a great spot to live has taken a terrible turn with new management. Nasty employees harassing tenants, Improper rent and utility charges causing people NSFs and eviction threats, removal of lobby furniture that was insanely useful to the elderly when waiting for cabs/transport. A call centre to contact that is not in touch with property management enough to even know what's going on. Unorganized garbage/recycle pickup. Over the past couple of summers the stench from piles of dog feces around the back and side of the building has been disgusting. Luckily I’ve only stepped in it a couple of times. Unfortunately I had to leave one star to be able to post, I would have preferred to have left none. Shayan was helpful and served well.
Lived here for a week now. The process from booking a tour, to signing the lease was very smooth and professional. Shayan was consistently on the ball throughout the process, and was prompt and helpful. The unit was very clean on move-in, and maintenance requests have been mostly fulfilled quickly. Sound insulation between neighbouring units is also very good. Clean and quiet neighbourhood next to Locke St is a huge plus. Only complaint is the lack of central A/C.
