My first time there and while they did get my mom and I an appointment quickly the same day.. they were extremely pushy and continuously kept trying to add on things to bring up the price- when we realized what they were doing we started saying no to things we genuinely did not want and they were rude. Just my gel pedicure was $80... I also got a regular gel manicure one color- no designs and it immediately chipped the next day. Did gel X fresh set. 2 nails lifted after only 1 day. Came for it to be fixed and everyone has a nasty attitude. I’ve been sitting here 30 mins. One lady took the nails off and was re applying but when I looked the nail didn’t fit my natural nail. She got upset because I asked for it to be done properly so I won’t have the same problem to come back again. I really like this place and my gel manicure always come out well but this time I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and this was the results..see pics. Above my eyelids swell so much that I had to put burn protective cream on it to soothe the pain. I won't be doing waxes here at this place again.
I was fascinated by the service I requested; they are very kind and the work is absolutely wonderful.
I am so picky about nails but I’m so glad I found this place. I’ve been coming for a few months now and absolutely love it. They do such a fabulous job. I get hard gel. The cuticle care is unmatched and it always lasts so long. Shoutout Lily because she is amazing and always kills it.
