Just finished a tour at 155 Lake Shore and had an amazing experience. The leasing staff were, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. They knew everything about the building, pricing, and the surrounding New Toronto neighborhood. The building looks very well-kept and the suites are bright and spacious.
Basil was awesome, responsive to texts and emails during the application process. Accommodating and helpful during site visits. He did a good job of explaining the move-in inspection process. Thank you Basil for making this such a positive experience.
