Cassandra was so awesome! Knowledgeable about the building as well as the neighborhood and comparable listings and pricing. Building is well maintained, unit is standard older rental building size. This unit has washer dryer which is a bonus.
Adam went out of his way to facilitate access to the garage so that the Bell technician could restore my services. I can't say enough good things about Adam and the genuine care he has shown towards me whenever I have required his help. He is greatly appreciated by me!
Adam, our maintenance person, has always been so amazing! If there is ever a problem, he books it and comes right away! I don’t have to worry about my cat when Adam comes to fix things, it’s a total peace of mind. Today he came to fix my shower head and after doing that, noticed our door was difficult to open and so he tightened the hinges! Made it so much easier to open.
