This place will take advantage of struggling students by enforcing made-up rules and fees that aren’t mentioned anywhere in the lease. Beware that if you want to move in halfway through the lease term, they’re gonna force you to sign a renewal whether or not you have plans to stay there. Unsurprisingly, they’ll never mention that they charge 2 extra rent payments on top of the buyout fee to get out of a lease that hasn’t even started yet.
