I wish I could leave zero stars. Nobody answers the phone, nobody cleans the property, the maintenance guy never shows up, cars have been vandalized. If your neighbors are loud, they won’t do anything about it. Also rent goes up every month. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister got a place here after becoming a widow.... After 2 years of her living there, they raised her rent 3 times because of management. I finally get her an apartment right above me and we moved her. The final day after she dropped off her keys, she remembered that she accidentally left her $400 Kitchen Aid mixer in the cupboard next to the sink... Well.. She calls right away... Same day.... Management told her it was stolen..... Now the only way you can get in the building is if you have a little fob type thing... Same... read more
Honestly the greatest apartment I’ve ever had! Was very clean before I moved in and a very simple lease signing process. Tawnya was an amazing landlord and helped take care of anything and was super friendly (which was nice for a first time renter! Tawnya made it stress free!) Johnny the maintenance man was also great and always took care of any issues in a quick timely manner. They were amazing to communicate and work with, especially being a night shift worker. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend renting here!
I have been calling these apartments for weeks now and still have not been able to talk to anyone. Does anyone even work at these apartments
