I'm the owner of this facility. My policy is to hold a rate for at least one year. Mr Pearsons rate was increased about the time of his review. The rate prior to that had been in force for 20 months, the rate before that had been in place for 24 months. I'm not sure where the confusion came from. I try to be very available by phone, text, or email if anyone has a question or problem.

Clean well kept property. Price is not regulated and has gone up twice this year alone

Kevin is awesome to work with. He has been extremely accommodating and responds very quickly any time we call him. We will definitely use him again if we need a storage unit.

These guys are very professional, polite, and accessible. We rented three different storage units of various sizes and they were all very clean units. We had one climate control unit that was nice to store delicate items. I felt a peace of mind that our belongings were safe and wouldn’t have any sort of damage due to weather, critters, or burglaries.
