I have resided at 1501 Haro Street for many years. Grace Pandela, the manager at 1501 Haro Street, is among the best managers we have ever had. (We have had other excellent managers.) Grace is very humane, approachable, and takes time to chat and, within professional expectations, take interest in people, and respect us for the differing individual needs that we have. Living at 1501 Haro has been such an enjoyable experience, thanks to Grace, our resident manager. From the start, she’s been warm and welcoming, always quick to respond to any questions with a friendly approach. The building is beautifully maintained, which really adds to the comfort of living here, and any repairs or requests are handled right away. Grace’s care and attention make this place feel like home :)
