I’ve had a great experience with Grace and Johnny as building managers. They are both incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and always made sure things were taken care of. They really go above and beyond to make the building a great place to live.
The exhaust fan on the parking lot that I guess is for the underground parking is so noisy and has been already for months, getting worse and worse. PLEASE can you do some maintenance?? It is not very loud but is so annyoing that squeaky noise 24/7. It is more clear from upper floors than from ground level. PLEASE do some proper manteinance, grease it, adjust it or turn it off!!!
I have resided at 1501 Haro Street for many years. Grace Pandela, the manager at 1501 Haro Street, is among the best managers we have ever had. (We have had other excellent managers.)
