I am very disappointed in this practice. They asked me to put down a $50 deposit for a "future" procedure. I changed my mind and asked them to refund my deposit. I have been waiting for over a month now and no refund. I have contacted them several times regarding this matter and was told by the office manager she would issue a refund. This is very bad business practice. I am still fighting to get my money back.
Please Please don’t go here ! This is the most unorganized dentist I’ve ever been to! First they tell you one price then because staff forgets to add procedure codes the price doubles and thinks it’s okay! Then the manager says they will make it right but only if you continue to have your work done if you don’t feel comfortable going back they won’t even care to work with their wrong doings ! Then when they take your money you have to call them like a lunatic for three weeks for the money back and still pay the interest fees... read more
They treated me like a king. Jessica is the best customer service rep. Ken is a wonderful dental tech. Dr. Forrest and Dr. Reiger are terrific. Very highly recommended.
1500 Dental is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Just walking in the door, I felt like family from the warm welcome all the way to checkout. My son saw Dr. Morales for ortho and he was a bit nervous but overall she made him feel so much better. The assistants are all amazing as well. My son also saw Dr. Forrest for a procedure that was nerve wrecking but Dr. Forrest made him feel so comfortable before, during and after everything! I found on my facebook and advertisement for 1500 Dental and took pictures of the ad. my dental insurance has a 6 month waiting period that started 8/1/21 and ends 2/1/22; i was told by my Florida Blue agent that before the 6 month waiting period i could get bitewing x-rays, a cleaning, and a $10 copay and i let 1500 Dental know my insurance info before my appointment so they should have known what was covered; when i got there, the hygienist Tatiana took me into a room and the first thing she said was "you look funky" and "where are you from?" i just stared at her thinking how unprofessional that was, then t... read more
I scheduled a follow up appointment. The day before the appointment they asked if I could reschedule 2 hours later, they had a surgery that my run over time. I agreed, received a confirmation the morning of the appointment . I arrived 15minutes prior to scheduled time, they checked me in. 45 minutes later I approached the counter and told that I have to go as I have another scheduled appointment. This is not an advertisement, this is my love letter to this clinic! I am thankful Dr. Andrew Forrest was recommended to me when I was in pain and needed professional dental help seeing as Sage Dental was not the place for me anymore. During prolonged 6 months treatment I had anesthesia, extractions, implants, I had it all! He and his team were patient, understanding, and very genuine/caring. So unprofessional!!! I scheduled an appointment 25 days in advance they send me a welcome letter and when I went fir my first visits they told me I do not have any appointment.. I showed them the letter ... They did nothing to try to solve the problem and they told me that next opening will be in a month.. Loose time at work leaving early to go to a dental office that do not care about a new patient at all.. Stay away!!!!!
