I’ve been going to 1500 Dental for the past 10 years or so. The whole staff is very professional and they have excellent communication between themselves which means their patients are never waiting. Tatiana has been my hygienist over the past few years and is wonderful. She’s easy to talk to, explains and guides me through every step, and is gentle throughout the visit. Staff is the utmost professional!! Explain everything comprehensively and made me understand the perfect treatment plan for my root canal and capping. Looking forward to procedure next week. So, I am continuing my 5 stars post after finishing my root canal this morning at 930 am. Not only did everything go perfectly but I returned to work to speak on the phone until just now at 5pm. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s knowledgeable, professional, and does beautiful work, 1500 Dental is the place you’ve been looking for. Since this practice was sold, the professionalism and overall patient experience have gone downhill significantly. I’ve personally witnessed financial responsibilities and patient information being discussed openly in front of staff and other patients, which I found very inappropriate. The office manager and front-office staff have also become increasingly rude and dismissive.
