SLUM LORDS, manager Rhonda Davis is UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL & should learn who it is that actually pays her salary. Tax Payers deserve to know what they are paying for!!! I'm sure this is not it. She treats this " once nice place" like she's the warden and tenants are her prisoner. It's time she learns how to actually do her job... Manage the property, not the people that reside there.
