Worst service ever. I am a local and will NEVER go back. We could not get anybody to seat us even though the restaurant was empty and once we did get our table nobody wanted to serve us. I had to flag down our server every time we needed anything and he could care less about our satisfaction. The bill ended up being $60.?? and I specifically tipped 10% ($6.00) because of the horrible service. When I checked my credit card statement they increased the tip and charged me $69.99. We were in town 3 nights last week and spent 2 nights here. Great food the veal chop was exceptional! Great wine selection, pleasant bartender. We enjoyed talking with the owner and staff, we will definitely go there again next time we are in town.
Made a reservation 24 hours in advance for an outdoor table. Arrived promptly, but three outdoor tables had just been seated and the wait for another would be long. We accepted a table in the bar area instead. Waitress brought drinks then disappeared. We finally got another waiter to put in an appetizer order. Then ten loud, obnoxious folks took over the four person table next to us and pretty much ruined the rest of the evening.
