Had my Generac installed 5 years ago by 15 Lightyears. The unit has been working. However, recently a part had to be replaced. When I called, Lucas was able to set me up with 2 employees, Daniel H. and Jose. They finished the job after much work to get the right attachments due to code change. Daniel checked in with me at every turn to keep me posted on their progress. He was meticulous in his work, and came back the next morning to make the supports more sturdy.
