In this beautifully muted, intimate space, you get the opportunity to sample excellent contemporary sushi and rolls. If you're feeling flush, order the chef's tasting menu and put yourself in Masato Shimizu's capable hands; or you can order from the a la carte menu. The fish is incredibly fresh and buttery and whilst the food is pricey, it's a delightful foray into authentic Japanese cuisine. A meal at 15 East will surely be a feast for the palate.

Heavenly sushi - one of the best I've ever had. Masa-san personally prepares each dish. He is fun and great chef! We had slow poached octopus and ankimo, both are amazing. Sushi omakase are my favorite. Absolutely worth the experience.
