First, I’m a local guide here on Google, so to that extent, I try to share nothing but the facts. PROS * 2-minute walk to station platform. I timed it. * tenants are nice and we’ve created a nice community for ourselves on WhatsApp * community fireplace * the generally nice staff (that is overshadowed by some truly rude and uncaring people who should be fired but somehow remain) CONS * My mother with Alzheimer’s lived next door to me. Fantastic facility with newly renovated rooms and shared spaces. Michael Comoe in the leasing office is great. He answered all my questions and was very responsive to my emails. You can’t beat the proximity to the train station.
Coming up on three years as a resident and I can’t begin to express how happy I am with 15 Bank. From the management and staff always greeting my children with a smile and taking the time to chat. To the quick turn around time any time I have a maintenance request. The concierge are always kind and patient. There is always going to be noise and”obstacles” when renovating a 30 year old building with new staff, that is to be expected. Be happy, be kind, return carts if you borrow them.
