Neverending earsplitting renovation/construction noise and sky high rents. The management response "Exciting new changes coming!", doesn't make living here any easier
When we first moved in (Fall 2024) the building was great, lots of events and management staff were kind and helpful. Towards Spring-Fall of 2025 we faced lots of issues including: staff unresponsiveness, elevators consistently out of service, rats in the front and around the dog park, the dog park door consistently broken, and extremely rude maintenance staff. Update 11/4: It's now over 2 full months since we've moved into the new unit and I'm still waiting for the rest of the deposit. They sent a partial payment, citing a bookkeeping error, I politely responded with gratitude, but made it clear ~$500 was still missing to equal the full deposit. I've since received no response and no resolution, so I will be moving ahead with filing with the NY Attorney General now to help me recover what is legally mine, according to NY law. I think if at least 2 out of 3 elevators are broken a few times a week then ita really inconvenient to be in a high rise apartment
