This place is the projects: •Elevators constantly broken. •Brown Water •No insulation. During winter, cold breeze coming for the outlets on the wall. •HVAC not working properly at least one a month. •Fire Alarms going off. One time it was throughout the whole night. •Management staff forgot to place my request to reserve the grill area. Myaa was great! Super kind, patient, and knowledgeable—it was a fantastic touring experience!
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This apartment is a disaster. Waterton is the worst property management company. The elevators are constantly out of service, which is especially frustrating when you are trying to reach the garage. There is no communication from the office about anything. They don’t answer emails and they don’t pick up the phone. Noisy renovations have been going on for close to 2 years. These renovations have improved nothing. Some things are worse.
