I think if at least 2 out of 3 elevators are broken a few times a week then ita really inconvenient to be in a high rise apartment
UPDATE 2: Just to be clear, the “omg jeez, concerns? Email us!” Stuff is a lie. I’m attaching my initial complain email about the charging alongside the follow up I sent. They never replied to either. In fact, I kind of stormed in there one day and finally got a meeting where the manager called me a liar and told me that “maybe our car charging isn’t for you”. I’m glad to see negative reviews are starting to become prominent because this is a MUST AVOID property. I began my lease in January of this year with my wife and 6 year old son. They put on a rousing display of pleasantries during the application process and then once the money starts flowing, they don’t give a you know what. They spent half of the process praising how the property was going to be fully renovated this year and there would be very minimum disruptions to the amenities (you pay extra for by default) HA turns o... read more
We’ve lived at 15 Bank Street for almost 3 years. When our lease was coming up, we toured other nearby apartments but ultimately decided to stay and even upgraded into a larger unit here, giving Waterton (the corporate owner) more money. We love the concierge, maintenance, and cleaning staff, and the location next to the train is a major plus for commuting to NYC. Stay away, the worst building I’ve lived in , in North America. Just saw a mouse in our apartment. Which is just the cherry on top. This is the most recent hit in a series of bad plumbing, outdated appliances, unresponsive management with very bad attitude. Not to mention months of renovations to the common areas, with no end in sight. The only good thing is the door staff. Cant wait to move out. Very low standards for supposedly “luxury apartments “.
