I bought my son and his wife a wedding g ring set and two days later two stones fell out of her ring and the top part was slightly bent. He glanced at the ring and said there is nothing we can do because that is not the condition you bought the ring in.. he was very rude and literally gave us the cold shoulder as soon as he handed the ring back to me. He didn’t even ask if there was anything else we wanted to look at, he just passed us over and went to another customer

I love 14k pawn. They have the best stuff and all quality every time. Friendly place with very knowledgable people to help and always have new items. The guns and ammo are a very nice touch too.
