I don't even know where to begin. I wish I had worked with 14K earlier. I came in to get my ring sized down. It's a hammered design wedding band. I got resized. The service and attention was beyond professional. I explained my concern of losing some of the hammered design but wow did they do an amazing job. The service, attention and care of the ring came out amazing. I was so happy to be able to wear my ring again that I cried as I left the store. Thank you!
I’m so happy I went with 14K to have my broken ring repaired. Not only did they do an amazing job of fixing it, they also cleaned it up and gave it back to me looking better than the day I got it. On top of that the service was super friendly, and they do the work in-house so the whole process only took a few days. This place really exceeded my expectations and I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone who needs jewelry repaired!
Absolutely amazing experience! The owners were incredibly kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We brought in my grandmother’s ring, and they helped us reimagine her diamonds into a beautiful, custom design. The process was so thoughtful and detail-oriented, with 3D-rendered designs and even 3D-printed versions to try on before the final ring was made. The end result was absolutely stunning, and the price was fantastic. We will definitely be returning for all our future jewelry needs!
I couldn’t recommend this place more. I am so grateful for the care and time put into my ring. I brought in a 75 year old family heirloom from my fiancé and it came back to me looking brand new. Nancy was so warm, welcoming and made you feel comfortable with any choice being made.
