To Anyone Interested in Renting in This Building, I am moving out after experiencing many challenges here. Maintenance requests are often ignored, and communication with management has been very poor. Many residents share similar frustrations. I recommend that anyone thinking about moving in ask current tenants about their experiences and ongoing pest problems such as bed bugs and cockroaches. My friends live there for years, went to visit them and returned with bed bugs. Management is terrible, builder super Victor is super rude, building is full of bed bugs, mice & cockroaches. My friend complained, they had to kill themselves to prepare the unit for pest control for few times but the management used cheap company to do the work and even after doing the spray for 4/5 times still bed bugs are there. I went there each time to help out our friend now scared to visit that building.
My experience in this building has been good. I have been living in this building for over a decade. Management team is very professional and quiet help full resolving tenants issues. This is not just a building but a family oriented residential building. Keep it up guys.🙂
