September 17-2026, I had a follow-up appointment for my cataract surgery. Since my daughter, who usually accompanies me, couldn't make it, I had to ask for help from a Spanish speaker. There is a Spanish-speaking staff member at BVA Santa Fe, but unfortunately, her treatment of and cooperation with the patient—myself—was terrible. She was rude and harsh, and she spoke to me in a scolding tone. She even criticized the timeframe recorded by my doctor's office for my FMLA leave and my return to work.
