Clean, feels safe. A little slow to get out, but that's kind of how it's safe.
This is by far the nicest garage I've parked in in the City. Super clean, guards, tons of parking, good price on SpotHero.
Very disappointed with this parking and now not surprised after reading some of the previous reviews before booking. They need to fix/change their gate systems. I booked the Moulin Rouge show at 7.30pm. Arrived at 7 and found a car stopped at the entrance trying to enter. After 10 mins, I was getting a bit impatient as showtime was coming closer. We always park here when we drive in for shows. We use SpotHero. Always plenty of space and good security. Even has two charge point EV chargers. Tip: the QR code reader can be finicky! Make the QR code size about 1/4 the size of the screen and move it right to the edge of the phone screen, hold at a slight tilt about 6" below the scanner. Patience is a virtue but it'll get it eventually. After parking, you have to leave and re-enter through the main lobby but we've never had problems.
