We always park here when we drive in for shows. We use SpotHero. Always plenty of space and good security. Even has two charge point EV chargers. Tip: the QR code reader can be finicky! Make the QR code size about 1/4 the size of the screen and move it right to the edge of the phone screen, hold at a slight tilt about 6" below the scanner. Patience is a virtue but it'll get it eventually. After parking, you have to leave and re-enter through the main lobby but we've never had problems.
DO NOT PARK HERE FOR AN EVENT! I recently parked here on 7/18 for an event at Bill Graham, and the experience was awful. My group and I arrived around 6 PM and paid with a credit card to enter the lot. Since we paid by card, we didn’t receive any parking slip or receipt. Shortly after parking, we needed to use the restroom, but there were none on the premises, so we went across the street to Starbucks. Seems secure and they have extra staffing for when it is busy. You might have to wait but seemed worth it for me for where I was going
