If I could leave zero stars I would! I reserved a U-Haul and when I showed to get the truck and no one was here. When I called customer service they said no one is there. I said I know that’s why I am calling. They said well there is nothing I can do. Seems absurd to me that you have no contact with these humans that are suppose to open the store and rent out a product!!!! Gross behavior of a company.
