Super friendly staff both on property and at Rudin! They did an amazing job renovating the apartment, and Adam & team made the application process a breeze. Anticipate being long term tenants!

My mother living at 144 W 86th St for 65 years. I was raised there. Recently due to her advancing age with great sadness she had to move. She loved the building, the location and especially the staff. The team there always looked out for her and made sure she was okay, stepping up in emergencies, contacting me when needed, and making sure that one of their oldest tenants was healthy and happy. We had an amazing experience touring 144 W 86th street with Adam! He was super nice and responsive, and quickly was able to accomodate our schedules so we could view available units. The units available were spacious and beautifully renovated. Would be happy to call 144 W 86th home!
