We had an amazing experience touring 144 W 86th street with Adam! He was super nice and responsive, and quickly was able to accomodate our schedules so we could view available units. The units available were spacious and beautifully renovated. Would be happy to call 144 W 86th home!
We moved in a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier. We feel very lucky to have gotten this place. Since our first viewing, we’ve been impressed by the Rudin team, the staff, the building and the unit. The doormen and staff are always helpful and friendly, the building is kept in excellent shape, the management team is very well run, and the list of great things goes on. So glad we get to call this place home. Oh, and the location is amazing!
It has been a pleasure to work with the entire team at Rudin. We recently rented a ground floor professional space and look forward to many great years at 144W86. The entire staff so far both in management and at the building have been amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs.
I'm a resident at 144 W 86th. Damien and his team held a very nice meet and greet event in the lobby at the building. We got to meet everyone and enjoyed coffee and treats. We are so fortunate with the entire staff at 144 W 86th. We couldn't ask for a more attentive and talented team. They are always there to help with anything we need and always with a smile. Our experience in the building has been wonderful. Thank you for holding a nice event and taking such great care of all of us at 144!
I was fortunate to attain tenancy in your wonderful building in 1977 after opening a business on Columbus Ave. I was about to get married and through the advocacy of Mr Steinman Sr. we started our history with Rudin. Throughout our time here we have always felt supported by the staff. Any issues are addressed quickly and professionally. The staff is respectful and caring. Thanks, Larry Rosen
