This review is for Alex on the maintenance team! I broke my closet door, he took it away, got creative to fix it, brought it back looking shiney new, and put it right back up. He told me exactly the plan was, how he fixed it, and was so lovely to chat with.
TLDR: Maintenance is super responsive and quick, didn’t have safety issues, packages were never stolen, and my leasing agent Amber was amazing. If I was staying in Denver I’d 100% be renewing my lease!!! Long review: Honestly I loved living here this past year! My studio was super cute with plenty of extra storage room. I did have a brief problem with ants but the leasing office is always on top of it and got pest control out to me asap. The maintenance also gets things done fast!
