Great location near Sainte-Catherine.
Bad management, they don't respect the tenant at all. Bad Wifi while it's included in the lease. Lot of insects and bad elevator and there's bad smell in the building
I lived in this building for about two years, and unfortunately, I experienced multiple serious issues. There was a Wi-Fi outage that lasted over three weeks!! There was power outage that lasted almost four days for my unit that affected my daily life! Despite sending several emails, management never took these problems seriously and no compensation was offered. On top of that, I faced multiple mouse infestations. it was a good administration before metcap acquire it, it was easy and so friendly to deal with the old administration, now its a head ach and like your talking to a robot, they dont have empathy toward their tenants, what is important is only the money for them, you cannot negiociat with them so stifffffffff, the money comes before come their clients, in one word BUREAUCRATIC ADMINISTRATION
