Best renting experience! The management team of the building is very attentive and respectful in all the process. Living here it made my life easier 👏🏽
It’s been now 8 years I am in this building and so far everything is good , it’s clean and quiet, you have technically 24/7 access to the building manager dear Sara , she is patient super nice and so caring. Everything that need to be done in building they will do as soon as it can happen
Great location near Sainte-Catherine.
Bad management, they don't respect the tenant at all. Bad Wifi while it's included in the lease. Lot of insects and bad elevator and there's bad smell in the building
