I originally posted this review a while back, but I was hopeful that the management team would step up and unfortunately that’s not been the case. There’s a major lack of communication and transparency from the people running this building, and I’m starting to question the credentials of the maintenance team. We’ve been having issues with the secure entrance at the front of this building for years, but it started to get even worse in the last 6 months or so. Garret has been very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the move-in process. Great communication.
Garrett was awesome. Was extremely welcoming on move-in day and helped me promptly with any maintenance requests. Answered all my questions thoroughly and is also quick to respond to emails. Thank you Garrett!
