The owner does not address the problems that their employees are causing. Too much favortism between the new manager and the people she hired that live in the same building. Rent might be fair but the people in charge suck. Also we pay for parking but we cant park correctly because rules ar not inforced.
My experience is that I believe that the owner is no good of a man and I also believe that the maintenance they have there is awful. I also think that people can take any advice do not rent from them
