I love that the building is close to groceries, exercise, and a concert venue. However, this is the third management company since I began living here and communication continues to be an issue. Overall the shared common spaces are deteriorating despite the rent increases. I did remove the photos of the burn marks in the stairwell because part of the carpeting was replaced. I believe we have already had 4 fire evacuations this year alone by May 2025 (compared to 5 in prior year)
For your personal safety and property! Don't live here! The people living here are very complicated. Think carefully! After living here for three years, cleaning the house and keeping it in good condition, they claim we didn't pay a deposit! They've defrauded each of us out of $1,600! A year has passed and no refund at all ，They're scamming international students. Several people have already been scammed.
Pretty disappointed. For how much I pay the amenities are lacking. Mini fridge in apartment, paying $20 a week for laundry. No ovens in unit. Tiny tiny apartment 300 square feet with basic bare necessities and they are increasing the rent by 9.1% for MFTE units. I really loved this apartment but with the rent increase with the lack of amenities I will not be renewing my lease.

I’ve lived here for a few years and have seen a few different management companies, but this team, particular Ashley, really stands out. The improvements they’ve made to the property are fantastic—everything from adding plants and improving security to upgrading the lighting at the entrance and roof deck has really elevated the whole living experience.
