Alex the maintenance man came pretty fast when I had a leak under my bathroom sink that was leaking toilet water and smelling up the apartment. He fixed the issue quickly and was very nice and communicative :)
Alex A. Came by to change my lock batteries before I even realized they were almost dead! He was quick, friendly, and saved me from a future headache!

They made a cheap renovation, after living there for almost one year, I already have a list of things that needs attention. Be ready to have to use AC in April, the heat will be on until May, they won't turn it off! There's only one AC for the entire unit, you will need a portable one. The building's front door is broken, it doesn't lock, for over a month... Meaning that any homeless ( we have a lot) could get in at anytime.
Very happy with the space and appreciate Alex who made sure our move in was easy and painless.
