They made a cheap renovation, after living there for almost one year, I already have a list of things that needs attention. Be ready to have to use AC in April, the heat will be on until May, they won't turn it off! There's only one AC for the entire unit, you will need a portable one. The building's front door is broken, it doesn't lock, for over a month... Meaning that any homeless ( we have a lot) could get in at anytime.
Very happy with the space and appreciate Alex who made sure our move in was easy and painless.
I have lived here 8 months now and could not be happier. I moved from Boston where landlords try to make you do your own maintenance, purchase new appliances, and raised rent hundreds of dollars each year. In this building, I do not have to worry about so much as a lightbulb going out. My requests and emails are addressed promptly and I trust the maintenance and management teams. My favorite things about my apartment are the natural light, the rooftop, and the proximity to Cheesman. Oh, and the fireplace. Amazing fireplace. ... read more
