The lack of a personal touch is disappointing! I have questions about an e-mail I received, so I responded to the e-mail, as suggested. Not only have I not received an answer to my question, no one has contacted me!! AND there is no longer anyone working at the North Brazos location, to help resolve anything!!!
Had to call customer service again today due to a discrepancy in the rental rate vs amount to be charged. Thank you Danielle for helping to resolve the problem! Pleasant to talk to and explained how it got fixed. She had me refresh and see for myself that it got fixed!
Contacted Nishanth today regarding a statement that I received that included an October charge for a unit that I am closing (due to the jump in rent). Despite me receiving confirmation from the Property Mgr that he received the notice, no additional information was provided until my phone call today. I had no idea that I have to send a picture of the empty unit along with an online form to officially close it out until Nishanth explained it today.
