I’ve been living here for 2.5 yrs now. Things have been going very well. The office staff has been great. They, along with the maintenance and cleaning crew, have been on top of things. They are always friendly towards me. I love my apartment, amenities, and the folks that I’ve met here. I’m stickin around. I guess you can’t add another review but can only edit. Was just revisiting my review from awhile back. 1400 Main is my home, and I want it to remain my home. I can’t express my feelings any better than that.
I have lived at 1400 Main for going on three years now, and I truly could not imagine finding a better community to be a part of here in Canonsburg, PA. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and feels like home. The property management team is absolutely wonderful — Shay, Denine, and Tanner go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and cared for. 1 extra star for a nice pool but their computer was flat out broke with this for months it took me about 4 hours to figure out how to fix it on my own. The car vacuumes have also been broken for 2-ish weeks now- nothing gets fixed in a timely manner people who live here are paying for these extra emenities which is why it’s so frustrating that most of it is broke half of the time.
