Erick Peterson sold our house for us in Monticello. He did an exceptional job with advertising it. Sold it within a week!! I saw a Twin Home in Buffalo that was coming soon and reached out to him and told him I wanted to be the first person to look at it. That was on a Friday. It was coming soon on Monday.. When we decided to sell our home and acreage on the lake, In Monticello we did not know who to get for a realtor so we decided to interview 3 of them and take from them who we thought was the best for listing our home. We worked with Erick for over three years to find our dream home—and we still can’t believe he put up with us for that long! Through it all, he was always patient, upbeat, and happy to show us any property we wanted to see. He even helped us tour homes before they officially hit the market! Erick truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful he stuck with us until we found the perfect house. He is absolutely wonderful to work with, and we can’t recommend him enough!
I had an issue with trying to sell my house. And then a friend of mine told me about Erick Peterson. And he said he would get my house sold soon. I wish I wouldn’t have went to another realtor. I wish I would’ve went directly with Erick Peterson. He sold my house in 30 days and it made everything absolutely wonderful. The other realtor was a friend of mine. But unfortunately, he couldn’t get the job done. Erick Peterson did.
