4 days after getting my car back from these hack artists my bumper started falling apart. The wheels made a rubbing sound when I turned and the front end shakes. Took it back and they said I must have caused the damage somehow. They didn't even replace the 0lastic in the wheel well. Don't use these people
A piece of trim came off in a storm. The manager & technician were friendly, reasonable, and quick to reattach the trim so that it will never pop off again.
I recently worked with the team at the New Haven Gerber collision! They were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the repairs they made to my vehicle as well! 10/10 recommend!
Beware this place will quote you a lower price but when they start working on your vehicle and when it’s finished, the quote will have doubled and you’re stuck paying as you went with the cheaper quote out of three
