No heat in the apartment. The management isnt doing anything.
No parking or elevator
Overpriced, but renovated units. Many tenants moving out because there are better deals out there. Constant construction the entire time I lived there, expect all the dust, fumes and noise imaginable. Starlight (the actual owner) hires the cheapest contractors available and these guys have zero respect for covid-19 safety protocols. Lock your door because they will try to enter your unit unannounced and without explanation (petty theft). Frequent water shut offs. The new property management is horrible, I wish they stuck with the old one. Nice place and all, but the old property management got things done. Kevin the superintendent was super nice!
