I purchased a Rad electric bike that had a defective front light. John at 13th Street bike shop was the closest authorized repair station. He was very thorough in tracing down the problem and completed the repairs successfully for me. It ended up being the main control unit. He was great at keeping me informed of the progress till the job was done! I would highly recommend John at 13th Street bike for any repair work you need! Great place of business. I had a decent amount of things I needed done to my bike and he managed to get my bike in and out the same day. He did great work and I haven’t had one issue since I got my bike back. He did a great job of keeping me informed and including me on picking parts for my bike. He also was very knowledgeable and could easily answer any questions I had. Overall great experience.
Very knowledgeable, gets the job done right and a very nice person as well.
