Thorough appraisal. Scott and Jeff were very pleasant, and they took the time to answer our questions and explain the process (e.g., explaining how square footage is calculated, etc.). As a bonus, they even found a hidden dead space in our basement when comparing the upstairs floorplan to the downstairs. I'm not sure what some other reviews were talking about, but Scott and Jeff were very detailed in recording the floorplan, inspecting the property/grounds, etc. Also, shout out to Ash, who handled the scheduling. Terrible experience! Fastest walk through I have ever had, under prices houses, avoid this company as much as possible. You will be wasting your time.
