Not only did he efficiently solve the problem, but he also took the time to find a product to help eliminate the odor caused by the pipe blockage. 8/5/2022 - I’m a neighbor and have had to clean up, almost daily, the fact that the recycling hasn’t been picked up in two weeks and the dumpster is filled to the brim. Can you please have the recycling picked up ASAP so it’s not spilling over the brim and causing problems and making the alley look bad? Would appreciate it, thanks! Update: 12/5/22 There are now 4 dumpsters behind 1360 Williams and they are all overflowing. A slight wind and all the trash blows throughout the alley. My former apartment ceiling collapsed in 502 - all of it avoidable - for three weeks I suffered with leaks prior to ceiling collapse -in the aftermath I lost -95% of personal belongings -items my Dad gave me-who had just passed on… not easy to discuss however my insurance company -Allstate insists Red Peak is liable-to this day I have never received a letter of apology or one dime - I’m an amazing tenant - and am not a litigious person-my sister tried to come to my aid - Red Peak was so atrocious I finally gave up- Denver Po... read more
