I’ve been a resident of 136 E 55 for almost 10 years, and I can honestly say the building staff is one of the main reasons we’ve stayed so long. They are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and the team does an excellent job maintaining the property, keeping everything running smoothly and looking great year-round. I have been a resident of 136 for 32 years! I continuously renew my lease because this building is one of the safest and cleanest bldg in midtown manhattan! Also the employees are all very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs!
Maguette & the Rudin team are the BEST! Helped my roommate and I out immensely during our apartment search.
Maguette and Jeffrey were an absolute pleasure to work with! Looking for an apartment is NYC is always stressful but working directly with Maguette made our experience 10x better.
