This has by far been one of my favorite places to live in Chicago! The location is fantastic (multiple forms of public transportation nearby), the space is amazing, but it’s the staff that really makes 1350 N. Lake Shore Dr. such a wonderful place to call home. I cannot thank Kelli Stuart on the management team enough for her helpful and prompt assistance, as well as positive attitude whenever I reach out to her. I love this apartment building! Miguel was so helpful in finding a great unit!
My lease doesn’t end until 12/22/25 but I moved out early. They told me to do a move out clean which I paid for but when the cleaner got there the apartment was already cleaned so I wasted $350. They also say I no longer have “possession” of the apartment because I turned in the keys. Weird, because my lease contract that I PAID FOR goes until the 22nd. They’ll steal your money in the end. Don’t move here.
Been here for just over 3 months. Have lived in apartments for 20+ years. This is the best building I have ever lived in. Whether the amenities, door staff, apartment designs/construction, location and neighbors. I would love to stay in this building forever so hopefully they keep rent competitive year to year because I don't want to move.
