6/29/25: The main outstanding issue is the AC in the unit smells extremely damp and musty. There's also mold in the vents (they look FURRY) and on the walls. Tried addressing this but I’ve been told I need to figure it out on my own. If you have severe allergies I wouldn’t get an apartment here, find somewhere with better central air. UPDATE 7/9/25: Property Manager Kelli Stuart does not care about my concerns whatsoever. I bought a humidity reader to test the unit and the bedroom is 75%, which is higher than outside! The location is amazing. The dog park a big plus. The maintenance staff is responsive and capable. The front desk engaged and helpful. Elevators work well. The fitness center is well equipped and equipment in good repair. People are overall courteous about wiping equipment. Some key areas of the fitness center need better, regular cleaning: Floors need to be steam cleaned so that dirt is lifted and not just pushed around. 1350/60 is easily one of the best apartment buildings in the area for a solid price. We had the opportunity of living here for 1 year in the 1360 building, and generally had 0 complaints. The leasing staff has all been beyond helpful when discussing move-out, move-in, potential to moving to another unit within the building, and everything in between. Move-in process was seamless and the apartment is nice. Lots of great building amenities and the door staff is helpful. Location is also prime. A few quick fixes which maintenance resolved.
