poor management, dont recommend it
Hi just heads up if u care about your deposit you should not rent at this place they will never give you your money back regardless if the apartment is the same as the 1st day you moved in . I cleaned my apartment upside down we only stayed there for 8 months nothing broke but when we left they talking about we "broke this and that we didn't cleaned the place" up which we did cleaned it up and broke nothing we even sent them some pics for prove they day we were leaving but they wouldn't give us our deposit back and make up s... read more
Hello don’t rent from here they are scammers I stayed for 8 months I was barely at home no kids in my apartment when I was moving out they did not give me back my deposit they only sent me 30 dollars after I cleaned up nothing was broken everything was good. DO NOT and I REPEAT DO NOT RENT from 134 Crossing! This place is a total scam. I paid a $500 security deposit before signing a lease, then changed my mind the very next day and canceled. I never signed a lease or moved in, yet they refused to refund my deposit, claiming it was "non-refundable"—which they never disclosed upfront. When I asked why I couldn’t get my money back, they gave me a ridiculous excuse, saying it was because I “held the apartment” from other people.
