I lived at 1333 for 4 years and moved recently. We paid 2 months rent to break a lease after we were told that wouldn't be the case. If this review were just on the front desk staff it would be 5 stars. Sometimes the logistic application is not that reliable, yet the administrator do check the feedback after every work order. Especially thank Sarah being responsible and efficient for dealing with the following problems I have.

I have lived here for a few years now. Their concierge Sam is always extremely helpful and she always works to ensure the building is very safe. Maintenance completes requests very quickly.

For 2 years, the staff at 1333 has been a great! The concierge personnel is always very nice and the maintenance staff efficiently gets work orders done. I appreciated the events thrown by the management staff, because the food always hit! Id recommend staying here if you’re looking to live in the loop.
