Recommendedsecurity does their checks at night. it offers pool, jacuzzi,and gym upstairs. love the management they are helpful, great people and personable. They have great maintaince team. things are done in timely manner. pets allowed. stores near by!!! ECT... SO Worth it.

Great neighbors and staff :) you honestly could not ask for better maintenance. They are always on time and right there for you when you need them. It is very comfortable here. the apartments are extremely clean and comfy :)
Recently went through some apartment searching and found Canyon Apartments. The floor plans and grounds are well-kept. The price range was just within my budget. The leasing staff is friendly and ensure the tenants are happy. Will definitely be renewing my lease!!
I have been living at this community for over 2 years. I have had a great experience so far. There has been some minor things, like any apartment living, but nothing worth complaining about, and nothing that didnt get taken care of promptly. even though they have changed management a few times, the current management has been exceptional. Very responsive, she came with a lot already on her plate and still is showing how much she cares for improvements, and making sure we have a comfortable environment. This apartment complex is a JOKE! It’s not secured... cars get broken into and the cameras are in stupid places. They raise the rent the maximum amount every year and rob you every chance they get. Never return a phone call. Don’t bother cleaning your apartment when you move out, they will send you a fat bill anyway!
