Always a pleasant experience. They provide very thorough dental cleanings!
I had an amazing time going to my initial cleaning and filling appointment. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen is also very professional and explained the treatment situation. Overall a great dental office and would recommend anyone to try it
Fantastic office with great staff! Dr. Chen is so kind and gentle, especially for those who may have some anxiety around dental work. Can’t recommend him or this clinic enough!!
Great experience. The staff is really really friendly and welcoming. There wasn't any wait time at all, which is rare in NYC even if you have an appointment. 10/10 recommend.
Editing my review in 2026 to say that Jackson Avenue Dental is still 5 stars in my book! A number of cleanings and check ups later, I can happily recommend this clinic to anyone. I'm unfortunately facing some not so fun dental work and Dr. Nguyen was competent, compassionate, and patient throughout the entire exam and her explanations. I so appreciate her warm and thoughtful care.
