We love this building. We love our neighbors. Don't let the negative reviews of people new to Denver influence your decision. Congress Park is a hidden gem. RedPeak is the elite rental company. We have a new building manager who prioritizes us. Maintenance requests are completed within 48-72 hours. We got a new dishwasher without hesitation. It's so nice to live in a building after living in Denver for 15 years with cement walls, no bugs/rodents or mold, and central AC and heat. We plan on staying here for years.
Very smooth move in experience. Red peak and Jessica have been amazing. Highly recommend this building.
Update: While I appreciate the effort made to restore good faith after the break-in, i'm still upset/skeptical. Among many other hidden add-on fees, you charge us $35/month to maintain the security cameras. That's roughly $15k/year across ~35 units in our building and yet you bear no liability or obligation to keep the cameras operational? Have they always been broken and you've just been pocketing the cash? If not, how did the robbers happen to know when the cameras were broken?
