Very smooth move in experience. Red peak and Jessica have been amazing. Highly recommend this building.
Update: While I appreciate the effort made to restore good faith after the break-in, i'm still upset/skeptical. Among many other hidden add-on fees, you charge us $35/month to maintain the security cameras. That's roughly $15k/year across ~35 units in our building and yet you bear no liability or obligation to keep the cameras operational? Have they always been broken and you've just been pocketing the cash? If not, how did the robbers happen to know when the cameras were broken? An incredibly awful experience. Do NOT rent from any Red Peak properties. Have been here since 2021 and it’s only gotten worst. I notified them about their handicap and emergency placards being wrong and they tried to gaslight me by saying I was wrong. Not to mention the : - 14 cars broken into (“secured” underground parking) - broken or disabled security cameras (no help to Denver Police and reference a parking agreement) - broken A/C (will be fixed in “December”; asked to set to 80 - multiple stolen packages - pool constan... read more
