April 2024: I am revising to 1 star. The level of care and attention to residents and building maintenance has gone downhill. There have been issues with the garage door not working for quite some time - it’s fixed now. The pool is either dirty or frequently closed. It’s just your average OK apartment building. Nothing special. Don’t plan on being able to reliably use the amenities you pay for each month. Great community that’s well-kept with a responsive maintenance team and friendly, communicative office staff! We really enjoy living here!
Building is poorly maintained, parts of the circle were burned and never repaired. Overpriced for the conditions.
I have been a resident for a few months now and I really enjoy the building and my apartment. Great location between downtown and Cherry Creek. The pool is nice and I would say overall the building is pretty well maintained. I feel safe and love all of the restaurants within walking distance. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner and my interaction with the office staff has been really pleasant.
